Trail Blazer forward Zach Randolph was fined for missing the team plane to Toronto Saturday morning, which he blamed on his alarm clock not going off.
I don’t know about you, but if the Noble Employers were paying me more than $10 million a year to show up to work on time, I would have the finest [deleted] alarm clock that money could buy. Come to think of it, I’d probably buy two of them, just in case one didn’t work.

I almost ranted the same thing. I still can’t figure out why, if they’re trying to clean up their reputation, they resigned him. They were going to be mediocre this year whether they signed him or not. Hopefully he’ll get hot and get them a bunch in a trade.
