The Portland Development Commission this morning named Bruce Warner to be its new executive director. Mr. Warner is the Director of the Oregon Department of Transportation.
PDC’s press release says that the decision was unanimous, but as the Commission took three executive sessions to come to its unanimous decision, I’m guessing that a fair amount of behind-the-scenes discussion, with some disagreements, took place before the Commission took its actual vote.

Special Session And News Conference On PDC Executive Director
As we reported earlier, the PDC board yesterday named Bruce Warner as the agency’s new executive director, to take over from the departing Don Mazzio…
Do you think that the general purposes for allowing executive sessions to be secret apply here?
Dan you see through disguises while keeping your own personality and position hidden. You have high intelligence. You are extremely creative and manipulation of language and calculating situations/jumping to conclusions is your game. Competitive, you would rather not play unless you can win. You are rebellious toward traditional social situations and ties that bind – an individualist yet resistant to personal growth or changes. A perfectionist who does not wish to become personally involved with others to a great extent. You will never admit the emptiness you experience. You are critical and aloof – self-centered and lonely. You have trouble identifying with causes or goals. You have developed an insensitivity to feeling and experience…placing your focus on daily life activities. You are sophisticated and immature at the same time, because feelings of guilt block your channels of development. You are a habitual liar – unwilling to communicate frankly. An actor, with more than one personality. Lying compensates for feelings of inferiority and you, Dan, want to be very important. You called yourself an evil genius, I never did. Secretive and proud – you have a head over heart emotional attitude and are detached – even indifferent – making your responses cautious and considered. You are the type the functions well in emergencies, makes a good leader and contented loner. You are self-interested and ask, “what can this situation do for me?” Appealing to judgment rather than emotion-your manner is undemonstrative. You have a personal magnetism and a dry wit that is sexy. You are internally inhibited and adhere strongly to your principles making you proud, even boastful, and self-reliant rather than trusting of others. You are tenacious and possibly even brutal. You have an intense sexual preoccupation – an over-compensation for feelings of sexual inadequacy and inhibition. Your misogynistic attitude probably comes from your mother or possible abuse from a woman. You have developed libertine behaivior and displace your sexual energy with ambition. Irritable and opinionated – you act with boldness, enthusiasm, and optimism leading you to boastfulness and a lack of discipline. You enjoy attention and admiration – an egotist -not taking into consideration barriers between yourself and others. This causes a strong negative or positive response from people. You talk to much, fear empty spaces, death and loosing control. You are turned on not only by whips and chains, but psychological dominance. You will set up a situation to test a girl’s wits before she even meets you so you can masturbate to her intellectual inferiority later…When I say Dan – I mean Jon, The Croix, or even Bill. And why is he on a Portland site when he was in Boulder. Does he have another website? Yes, the real Alexis never left the living. Dan just snuck off – I heard he went ot Philly but I don’t know if that’s true…
I think the previous post was intended for the cast and crew of “Roses and Raindrops.”
Right – I didn’t know that.
