Apparently things got rough in Texas in the last few days before the Democratic primary and caucus, to the point where on Election Day the Primary Director of the Texas Democratic Party, Jim Boynton (are there any Jameses in Texas, or only Jims?), had to write this memo to the Clinton and Obama campaigns, telling them to follow the state’s election law and the party’s rules.
