Another question of punditry occurred to me as I read Chris Piekarski’s comment on my previous post.  Imagine that Multnomah County casts no votes this year.  Which ballot measures would have their results reversed?  I think that Measures 43, 45, and 48 will fail statewide, but that the margin of failure will be less than the margin of failure in Multnomah County; that is, if Multnomah County didn’t vote, those three measures would pass.

Anyone else willing to step out on a limb?
